How This Site Uses AI

The AI Workflow Studio turns a visitor-provided business-process description into a structured planning draft. It shows extracted inputs, selection factors, workflow steps, human-review points, risks, guardrails, escalation conditions, a measurement plan, and one limited first implementation move. Earlier standalone diagnostics are now one Studio journey.

Provider and Processing Path

The browser sends the workflow fields to this site's server. The server validates and limits the request, then uses the Straico API to send the workflow information to the configured language model. API credentials remain on the server. The model is asked for strict JSON; the server rejects invalid structure, constrains every field, removes HTML, and supplies a general template when the provider is disabled, unavailable, times out, or returns invalid data.

What Data Is Sent

Only the Studio fields the visitor chooses to submit are sent for blueprint generation: the bottleneck description and any optional industry, category, frequency, time estimate, current tools, desired result, human-approval preference, business name, or website URL. The Studio does not need customer records to provide a first blueprint.

Do not enter customer records, passwords, payment details, health information, account data, confidential documents, or sensitive personal information.

What Is Stored

The Studio does not write raw prompts or raw provider responses to its permanent AI usage log or analytics event log. Safe operational metadata can include time, route, success or failure status, configured model identifier, and workflow category. Safe funnel analytics use categories such as event name, page, category, demo type, and status; they do not include the raw bottleneck, business name, website URL, email address, or full blueprint.

For normal refresh and navigation, the current intake and structured planning blueprint are stored in this browser tab's sessionStorage for up to two hours. Reset clears it immediately. A successful consultation submission also clears it. This temporary browser state is not exposed through a public blueprint URL or placed in query parameters.

If a visitor chooses Email My Blueprint or submits the consultation form, the constrained blueprint summary and contact details are processed for email delivery. Optional marketing consent is separate, unchecked by default, and requires confirmation.

What the Output Can Do

The Studio output cannot send a customer message, change a record, make a quote final, issue a refund, publish content, connect itself to a business tool, or execute a command. The focused secondary demonstrations use prepared local examples and also take no real-world action.

Human Review and Model Limitations

Generated recommendations can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular business. The visible “selection factors” summarize practical decision criteria; they do not expose or claim to expose private chain-of-thought or hidden model reasoning. A real implementation must be reviewed against the business's policies, source data, tools, customer-data rules, team capacity, and approval process.

Security and Abuse Controls

AI and form endpoints run on the server, require JSON requests, restrict request size, check same-origin browser requests, validate schemas, escape output, use timeouts, and apply request limits by IP address. Provider and email keys are not included in browser JavaScript, HTML, source maps, or endpoint responses.

Report an Incorrect or Unhelpful Result

Use the contact form or email hello@marclaclear.com. Include the general workflow category and what was unhelpful, but do not send sensitive customer data.
