When you submit a form, the site may collect your name, email address, business name, website URL, and the message or demo details you provide.
How information is used
Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, deliver requested resources, schedule conversations, and send occasional practical updates if you opt in.
Analytics and tracking
This site uses first-party conversion tracking to understand which calls to action, homepage sections, Studio starts and completions, blueprint save actions, interactive workflow examples, resource forms, and consultation forms are working. The event log stores safe operational categories such as the event name, page path without query strings, section name, workflow category, status, example type, and whether workload values were provided.
The analytics event log does not receive the raw bottleneck description, business name, website URL, email address, customer information, or full blueprint. It does not set a tracking cookie or intentionally store IP addresses. Standard web-server logs can still include network and request metadata for security and operations.
Temporary Studio storage
The current Studio intake and structured planning blueprint are kept in this browser tab's session storage for up to two hours. This supports refresh, normal navigation, and consultation prefill without putting the data in a URL. Reset clears it immediately, and a successful consultation submission clears it. The temporary state is not a predictable public blueprint page.
Third-party services
This site uses Emailit for email delivery and Straico to send selected Studio fields to the configured language model. Studio data is sent to Straico only after the visitor requests a blueprint. Emailit processes the email address and constrained blueprint content only when the visitor asks to email a blueprint, requests a resource, subscribes, or submits a form that requires email delivery.
AI features
AI output is a planning draft, cannot take real-world action, and requires human review. Do not enter customer records, credentials, payment details, health information, or sensitive personal information. For the processing path, validation, fallback, and logs, see the AI transparency page.
Email choices
Email My Blueprint sends the blueprint requested by the visitor. It does not add the address to marketing. Optional practical AI updates require a separate unchecked consent box and a confirmation step. You can unsubscribe from future updates using the link in those communications.
